About me

My name is Elsie Wong, and I’m a graphic designer and printmaker from Hong Kong, currently based in Sweden. Over the years, I’ve lived and worked in cities like London, Munich, Cologne and my hometown, navigating different languages, cultures, and creative environments. That sense of being in motion — of existing between places — has shaped not only who I am, but how I create.

In 2021 I created Somewhere in Between and focused my attention on linocut printing, a technique that combines craft, illustration and design in a bold, graphical manner.

My prints serve as a record and a snapshot of my world as I've moved from country to country, experiencing new landscapes and cultures. Never standing still but always staying curious.
